1. Medical Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully before using our services:

• Screening vs. Diagnosis: The online Color Vision Diagnostic Test provided on this website is designed as a preliminary screening tool to identify potential color vision deficiencies and suggest appropriate optical filters. It does not replace a comprehensive, in-person eye examination by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
• No Medical Liability: MF Eye Clinic provides custom tinted lenses intended to assist with color differentiation. We do not guarantee a "cure" for color blindness, nor do we claim that our lenses will allow you to pass specific occupational medical requirements (e.g., military, aviation, or maritime tests) unless specifically evaluated in person.

2. Product Orders & Prescription Accuracy

When ordering Single Vision or Progressive lenses, you are required to upload a valid prescription.

• User Responsibility: You certify that the prescription uploaded is valid, unexpired, and correctly matches your current visual requirements.
• Manufacturing Standard: MF Eye Clinic will manufacture your custom lenses based exactly on the parameters provided in your uploaded prescription. We are not liable for any visual discomfort, headaches, or blurred vision resulting from an incorrect, outdated, or poorly photographed prescription provided by the customer.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the uploaded prescription is illegible, seems tampered with, or contains powers outside of our manufacturing capabilities. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

3. Pricing and Payments

We strive to ensure all pricing information on our website is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices for products and consultation services are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of your checkout.
• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or banking details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the underlying logic of the online color blind test, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MF Eye Clinic and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from Optom. Tebhala Mohammad.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MF Eye Clinic and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, our online test, or our physical products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for those specific services or products.
