1. Custom Manufacturing Time

Because every pair of Color Blind Glasses and Contact Lenses is custom-made to match your specific vision profile and prescription, they are not ready-to-ship off the shelf.

• Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 4 business days for our clinical team to manufacture, tint, cut, and quality-check your custom lenses before they are handed over to our shipping partners.
• Order Verification: If there are any discrepancies in the prescription you uploaded, our team will contact you. Processing time will only begin once the prescription is fully verified.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

All orders are securely packaged and dispatched directly from our clinic in Surat, Gujarat. We partner with reliable, premium courier services to ensure safe transit.

• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days across most pin codes in India.
• Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may take an additional 2-3 business days.
• Note: Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

To provide a premium experience, MF Eye Clinic currently offers Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders across India.

4. Order Tracking

We want to keep you updated every step of the way. Once your custom lenses pass our final quality check and are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your AWB (Air Waybill) number and a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your correct pin code and an active phone number, during checkout.

• MF Eye Clinic is not responsible for delayed deliveries or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or unavailability of the recipient, a re-shipping fee may apply.
